Three things that actually happen.

You haven't logged in for two weeks.
A short, low-pressure DM: "Saw you've been heads-down — here are three things from this week worth your time." No guilt, no streaks.

You ask in chat: "anyone here moved from CSM to CS Lead in under two years?"
Cleo finds the three members who have, asks them off-thread if they're open to a conversation, and brokers the intros with consent on both sides.

Someone posts a renewal-at-risk question at 11pm.

What Cleo won't do.
