What Scout does.
Scout crawls public job boards, company careers pages, and members-only postings every six hours. He filters out anything that smells like a recruiter farm, anything paying below market, anything where the role title doesn't match the actual work. The remaining 5-15 roles per week land on the public job board. Members get them in the Tuesday newsletter and via Slack alerts if they opt in.
