Terms of Service

CS-Society is an invite-only members club for Customer Success leaders. By using this site or applying for membership, you agree to these Terms of Service.

These Terms are written to be readable. They are also legally binding. Read them.

Membership is by application only. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application for any reason consistent with our Code of Conduct.

Membership grants access to the platform, agents, library, events, and member directory. Membership does not grant a right to attend any specific event, contact any specific member, or have any content remain available indefinitely.

Membership fees are billed annually at the rate posted at the time of purchase. We may change pricing for new members at any time. Existing members keep their original price for one renewal cycle.

By being a member you agree to follow our Code of Conduct. We can suspend or terminate membership for violations without refund.

You may not use CS-Society to: pitch vendor products without disclosure, recruit members under false pretenses, harvest member data, share confidential information from accounts at your employer, or harass other members.

You retain ownership of any playbooks, comments, or content you contribute. You grant CS-Society a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, index, and surface that content to other members.

If you ever leave the Society, contributions you made remain in the library unless you ask us to remove them. We will honor removal requests within 30 days.

CS-Society is served by eight always-on agents. They are AI systems with narrow responsibilities. Their outputs are not legal, financial, medical, or HR advice.

Agent outputs are reviewed and improved continuously. We log interactions to evaluate quality. We do not share agent conversation logs with other members or third parties.

Membership and any sponsored services are billed via Stripe. We use Stripe Tax for compliance.

Membership fees are non-refundable after 14 days from charge. Sponsored services for companies are governed by separate agreements.

The platform is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, the accuracy of agent outputs, or the outcome of any introduction, hire, or business decision made through the Society.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past twelve months. You agree to indemnify CS-Society against claims arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active members at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Society after changes take effect means you accept them.
